The weather is perfect, the people are very kind, there is virtually no crime, so many things to do no matter what your interests, everyone is fit and active, great place to be single or raise a family. Small town feel with in the Beach Cities. Diverse dining options, very easy to get around & the largest Arts & Entertainment Festival(Fiesta Hermosa) in Southern California. Hidden Arts community, great schools and so much more. The bad thing is parking restrictions all over that all.
